Works really well and we can create modes ourselves. Definitely get the slow cooker plug
So far so good. I have ordered another pitcher, I find if I want to complete some recipes ie pasta and sauce or curry and rice I need one. I will probably order at least one more lid as well, they retain a bit of odor and stains so I’d like to have separate ones for different tasks.
I’m exited with my new robot! Every time I go to use it I get excited, although in some recipes, depending on my taste, I have had to give them a little more flavor. I would love to see more recipes included. The technical support agreed to send me the items that I was missing because they were out of stock (steamer and cap) I ordered the premium equipment and did not receive it. I had a complimentary air fryer that was a nice surprise
Enjoying cooking using our new Tokit. Easy to use. Big downside are the recipes. Hardly any for north, central and South American cuisine. Hope more recipes are added soon.

The 7-inch touch screen makes it easy to follow the many recipes in the system. Prepare the ingredients, and then follow the recipe step by step. The scale mode could weigh the ingredients correctly.
The Cleaning mode really helps me a lot. I put in some water and a few drops of detergent, then it could clean automatically.
I am not good at cooking, but this machine really makes me enjoy cooking step by step with fun and good results and experience.

Before we got our hands on the tokit, we were a bit hesitant. We had our doubts about whether such a machine could really live up to its promise of reducing our workload and creating delicious meals. my omni tokit cooker got lost during logistics, but seller replaced a new omni tokit without hesitation and even gave me 2 free accessories for the cooker for free as compensation. really good service recovery and speedy delivery. I'm very satisfied.
We love our device but it would be even cooler if there was a way to integrate external receipts with the device itself. So when we find something we like that was made for thermamix, have a way to "import" it in the device itself instead of having to follow the steps manually.
After only few days of use, the machine has burned components. Can’t use it anymore. I have reached out to Tokit and they are not getting back to me. There is no telephone number to reach out to them.
Customer service is quite poor. They don't reply to emails, and if you have something to correct in your account and you write to them, they don't fix it.

One week after and I'm very happy with my Tokit Omni Cook. It is really powerful and it does not disappoint when I made specific things, like juice, tomato sauce, and soup. I also ordered the cutting and slicing set and it worked perfectly. Sliced cucumbers and shredded beets in seconds. I haven't tried the other attachments yet. So far, I'm really happy!
There's a lot of product that claims to help you save time and money, but this product actually delivers! I absolutely love my TOKIT and now the amount of time I spend in the kitchen is now 50% less. That's phenomenal! I love my Omni cook!
I made a few recipes with great success. I have to be very accurate when searching a recipe. But I am getting there. I have made ice cream with fruits, made gratin dauphinois, but totally missed the hot dog bread. It may have been because of the ingredients. I made a meatloaf with great success. I really enjoy using TOKIT. Still learning....
